Plus 1GB RAM.

iPhone 5 rumours are like buses – you wait around all day and then they all come in at once.
Apple is said to be testing iPhone 5 prototypes packing variant A5X processors.
According to 9to5Mac, Apple has packed its iPhone 5 prototypes into iPhone 4S bodies to throw nosey parkers off the scent – though the actual iPhone 5 is expected to come with an all-new design.
The A5X chip was specifically designed to power the new iPad's retina display, so the model being used in the iPhone 5 is a variant model – known internally as the N96. The new iPhone is also set to come packing 1GB of RAM – again, just like the new iPad.
